These contractors are approved for common property works only. For maintenance within your individual lot — including internal plumbing, electrical, fixtures, fittings, and windows and doors within your lot boundary — please arrange your own trades at your own cost.
If you are unsure whether a maintenance issue is common property or lot responsibility, contact Next Strata at manager@nextstrata.com.au before calling a contractor. We will advise promptly.
The manager is authorised to approve common property works up to AUD 2,000 without EC approval (the Limit of Expenditure). Works above AUD 2,000 require Executive Committee approval before proceeding. Contractors will call the manager before exceeding this limit.
Next Strata accepts no referral fees, commissions, or payments of any kind from any contractor on this list. Contractors are selected on the basis of quality, reliability, and competitive pricing only.
