To make an insurance claim, contact Next Strata at manager@nextstrata.com.au or 02 6188 9806. Do not contact the insurer directly. The manager will lodge and manage the claim on behalf of the Owners Corporation.
For emergency works required to prevent further damage, contact the appropriate emergency contractor from your emergency contacts list and notify the manager immediately.
Under section 100 of the Unit Titles (Management) Act 2011, the Owners Corporation is required to hold building insurance and public liability insurance. This policy satisfies those requirements.
